SHIPPING POLICY
The estimated delivery times are based on your location. We send our products with our
shipping partner My Parcel.
When chosen products are in stock these are the estimated delivery times:
* Shipping within The Netherlands: 1 - 3 business days
* Shipping within Europe: 3 - 6 business days
* World wide shipping: 6-14 business days
Shipping time is not within our control. We cannot be held responsible for delay and/or damages caused by the shipping company or customs.
You will receive an email with a track and trace code as soon as the package is picked up from our location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
After purchasing products, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days after you received the products on condition that the products are not used and undamaged.
If you wish to return the items, the products need to be returned with all accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable. Refund of the payment will be done as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days after the return of the items and complies to the regulations of non-use and undamaged
